In case of national emergency due to covid 19 / Corona virus pandemic , event date may get postponed. Fresh dates will be announced soon over call and email by our team. All seats and booking amount will likely remain valid for new date.

What is permissible?

All payments are against marketing & hospitality charges.
All payments are non refundable.
VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment may refuse entry to the event for guests who
have not made payment in full.
VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment cannot confirm your place at the event until
payment is received. VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment reserves the right to
cancel bookings at any stage.
Once an entry has been completed and submitted, the Participant cannot pull out of
the awards competition.
VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment the right to refuse any booking and to refuse
to supply any goods or services to any individual.
All payments are required to be paid by 15th April 2020, failing to which may result to
cancellations of nominations & awards.
All disputes are subjected to Patna Jurisdiction.
Entry Passes are Valid for 2 Person Only applicable for stay, meals, transport & entry
permit for event. Any Extra persons visiting the Gala Event, will cost Rs. 20,000/-
extra.
In any case of cheque bounce, penalty of Rs. 5000/- shall be applicable & would lead
to further legalities.

Guest substitutions and cancellations

Substitutions are acceptable at any time, at no extra charge but must be sent in
advance in writing to [email protected] .

Programme alterations

VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment reserves the right to alter the content and
timing of the event, the identity of the presenters, location and/or the venue.
VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment will not be liable for any costs or losses
incurred as a result of alterations to the program me.

Postponement or Cancellation of event

Should the event be postponed for any reason you will be entitled to receive a full
refund in respect of the dinner ticket fees unless force majeure applies.
VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment liable to you for any costs or losses you incur
as a result of postponement or cancellation.

Force Majeure Circumstances

Should we be unable to perform any obligations under these Terms and Conditions
due to causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not
limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism,
fire, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue, we will not be liable to
you for any losses or claims arising from this.
In the event that you are unable to attend the awards ceremony due to causes or
circumstances beyond your reasonable control, but the event remains unaffected,
Services for VkonnectStar Events & Entertainment will not be liable to pay for any
cost.
These circumstances include but are not limited to any Act of God, war or
threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought or strike.
